It has an appropriate ring to it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The date is looking like the 25th April - although a number of people have already expressed reservations.  We should have a confirmed date soon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The tankards have been selected and I have found a company that will do a small batch and keep the price down to around £6 a glass - this will leave about £4 each for food and prizes for the winning beers. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Andrew B has done some fantastic design sketches for us - we have agreed on a more modern design - the barmaid design looked a bit more Carry On than we wanted and the shield design was a bit old fashioned. Categories of beers - do we group beers by type or country?  I say type but the debate is still open...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.  Scottish beer is shit - thanks to the Queen's Head for that one.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.  How much beer do we need?  1/2 pint each. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.  How many people are coming?  20 sounds about right.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.  Can we not do the 4th April?
